Insellerate, LLC (“Insellerate”) provides SMS/text messaging capabilities to businesses using the Insellerate platform. Businesses using Insellerate are responsible for ensuring that their messaging programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and carrier requirements.

Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from a business using the Insellerate platform, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from that business at the number provided.
Messages may include customer service communications, account or transaction information, appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and marketing or promotional messages where you have provided the required consent.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies based on your relationship and interactions with the business sending the messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message.
After submitting a STOP request, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
Businesses using the Insellerate platform are required to honor applicable opt-out requests.

Privacy
Businesses using Insellerate are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before sending SMS communications and for complying with applicable privacy and telecommunications laws.
Mobile information obtained in connection with SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Acceptable Use
Businesses using the Insellerate platform may not use the service to send unlawful, unsolicited, deceptive, abusive, or harassing messages. Businesses are responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including applicable requirements under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), as well as wireless carrier and 10DLC messaging requirements.
Insellerate may suspend or terminate messaging services when messaging activity violates applicable laws, carrier requirements, or Insellerate policies.
