What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager that will be responsible for establishing and building customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty. This role will ensure customers are satisfied with the company’s products and services, provide high-level technical support, and work to resolve any customer dissatisfactions. They will also be responsible for managing the execution of customer related requests and business process changes.

Position can be located in the United States and work remotely.

How You Will Contribute

  • Create value for customers by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a “success plan” with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them
  • Be accountable to drive high usage of our technology within customers by driving the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented adoption plan
  • Leverage deep functional expertise to increase the customer’s usage of existing workloads
  • Be a product expert and provide ad hoc training to help a client achieve their goals
  • Manage one-off client projects to completion
  • Manage the develop and growth of a customer success team

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success or similar role with process ownership and management
  • CRM or Marketing platform experience
  • Impeccable customer services skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong aptitude for technical software products

Bonus Skills

  • Mortgage industry experience a plus
