Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager that will be responsible for establishing and building customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty. This role will ensure customers are satisfied with the company’s products and services, provide high-level technical support, and work to resolve any customer dissatisfactions.

Product Manager

As a Product Manager/Senior Product Owner, you will work under the direction of the COO and head of product strategy. Fred is a software entrepreneur and manager with extensive experience in the mortgage servicing and origination software business at companies such as DRI Management, Great Western Bank, and Harland. He accomplished his goal last year of skiing over one million vertical feet.
